e-Ticketing Policy

– Use online reservation function to search for information and complete valid purchases of products and services. However, abuse of this function may result in access denial and cancellation of the transaction.

– Online reservation function is for personal and non-commercial use only. Any modification, reproduction, display, operation, duplication, publication, franchising, link creation, transmission or otherwise conduct of business in reliance on the information, software, products or services derived from the online reservation function is strictly prohibited.

– You are personally liable for your own conduct and capacity in accordance with the law for the use of the online reservation function by yourself or by any individual or organization using your name and account to pay for reserved services. You are personally liable for the payment transactions in your name or on the account registered by you. You must ensure that all information provided by you during use of this function is true and correct.

a. e-tickets must be purchased at least two (02) days before date of visit.

b. Theme Park Regulations on Adult, Child and Senior Citizen Ticket Prices:

• No admission ticket is required for children under 90 cm.
• Child Ticket Price: applicable to children from age 12 or younger.
• Senior Citizen Ticket Price: applicable to those aged 60 or older, with photo identification documents for comparison.
• Locker, Tube Rental & Parking need to be paid at the respective counters at Melaka Wonderland.

c. Lake Activities Regulations:

• The pedal boat and tube ride can only fit two (02) adults.
• Children aged 12 years and below are to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above.
• Children must be able to sit in the boat seat on their own.
• Users are not allowed to sit on another’s lap.
• Visitors are required to purchase tickets to enter the lake area.

d. A guaranteed reservation requires successful payment.

e. Please ensure that you carefully read the information on the ticket name, ticket type, date of use, and quantity displayed on the screen before confirmation and payment.

• A confirmation email containing your successfully paid ticket details will be sent to your email address. The confirmation email may go to spam (spam mail), so please check this before contacting Melaka Wonderland.
• During your registration, you agree to receive ads emails from the Website. Then, you may refuse to receive such emails by clicking the link at the bottom of such emails.

f. Regulations on verification of international payment cards:
Melaka Wonderland requires card verification for certain transactions only. If your transaction is subject to card verification, you will receive a request to the email address that you have registered to purchase tickets.

g. Regulations on ticket cancellation, date change and exchange:
Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable for any other services, except in case of unforeseeable circumstances.

h. In case of ticket date change, ticket type change, exchange or cancellation due to force majeure events, the policy at the time of service use shall apply.
